I just discovered this consultancy, founded by Alex Daly. 100% success rate in getting their client's projects funded.
StandDesk
A powered standing desk created by one guy in San Francisco and sold for $439. If he can pull it off this will be awesome. That said, since this project launched, Ikea are hot on his heels with their $489 Bekant desk.
Aerial Bold
These guys are OCRing the entire planet to find letterforms, then building a font and dataset. Very creative and technically challenging.
Bluesmart
Bluetooth-enabled carry-on luggage. The most impressive thing, to me, is that they built a scale into the handle. Overwhelmingly funded with two weeks still to go.
